3. Schedule Consultation
Take the next step toward your health goals. Book an appointment with a Miramont provider to develop your unique weight-care solution. Schedule an in-person consultation at our Fort Collins or Parker locations, or a telehealth visit via the Direct Health app, to review your weight-care plan and determine the best solution tailored to your needs.
4. Purchase Your GLP Solution
After your consultation, you can purchase your preferred GLP-1 solution for your custom-tailored weight care program. Vials can be picked up in the office or shipped directly to your home.
5. Smart Transition™ Weight Care Program
After you’ve started your GLP-1 solution, your Physician will track your progress and provide you with additional weight-management and nutrition counseling. This, along with your personalized tiered dosing, will help you Smart Transition to a New Normal. Your Direct Health membership also includes wellness visits, lab testing, X-ray, Mammography, Bone Density Testing, IV Therapy, Allergy Testing, EKG, and in-house prescription dispensing.
