KPV/GHK-Cu/BPC-157/TB-500 (often called the KLOW stack or blend) is a combination of four short chains of amino acids (peptides) studied together for tissue repair, regeneration, and reducing inflammation.
The breakdown of each peptide:
- BPC-157: A synthetic peptide derived from a protective gastric protein. It is widely discussed for healing soft tissues like muscles, tendons, and ligaments, as well as supporting gut health.
- TB-500: A synthetic fragment related to thymosin beta-4. It supports cell migration, flexibility, and tissue remodeling to help speed up recovery from injuries.
- GHK-Cu: A naturally occurring copper-binding tripeptide found in human plasma. It is used to stimulate collagen production, support skin elasticity, and aid in wound healing.
- KPV: A tripeptide derived from an alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone. It acts as an anti-inflammatory agent to calm immune signaling in the gut and skin.
Heard of the peptide “wolverine?” The combination of BPC-157 and TB-500 is colloquially referred to as “wolverine.”
